2. Grundsatz

2. Principle
Einsatz collects no personal data, sends nothing to us or to any server on the internet and contains no advertising, analytics or tracking components. No account or registration is required.
3. Playing over Wi-Fi
Opening a Wi-Fi table turns your device into the game table. The devices at the table connect directly to each other on the local network (Wi-Fi or hotspot), not via the internet. They exchange the names at the table, the table rules and the moves. Each person only receives what they are allowed to see: the others’ hidden tiles do not leave their devices before the reveal.
So that others can find the table, the host device announces it on the local network (network service discovery, NSD) with the name entered. Devices on the same network that search for tables can see this name. The QR code for joining only contains the table’s local network address. The connection ends when the table is closed; we store none of it.
4. Permissions
INTERNET,ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE,ACCESS_WIFI_STATE,CHANGE_WIFI_MULTICAST_STATE– for playing on the local Wi-Fi (section 3) and for the optional purchase through Google Play (section 7).CAMERA– only for scanning the QR code when joining, and only when you choose to scan the QR code. Images are neither stored nor transmitted.com.android.vending.BILLING– for the optional purchase of the full version.
5. Data on your device
The app stores the following locally only:
- Statistics: wins and losses against the computer per level, games for two, bluffs that worked and bluffs caught, the longest word played.
- The names used last (for two players and for Wi-Fi).
- Settings: table rules, sound and vibration, text size, whether the guided first game was played.
- Whether the full version was purchased.
This data is kept in the app’s private storage; other apps cannot read it. It is deleted when you uninstall the app.
6. Android backup
If Android backup is switched on, Android includes the statistics, names and settings in the backup of your Google account or in a device transfer. This is an operating system feature, not a transfer by us: we never see this data. The purchase status is excluded; it is restored through Google Play when needed.
7. Purchases
Playing against the computer on “Easy” and playing for two on one device are free. The full version is a one-time purchase through Google Play and unlocks the “Medium” and “Hard” levels, opening Wi-Fi tables and the statistics; joining a table is always free. Payment data is processed by Google only; the app only learns that the full version was bought. Google’s privacy policy applies. There is no subscription. During the introduction everything is unlocked for free; no purchase takes place then.
8. Children
The app contains no advertising and no chat. On Wi-Fi, only names and moves are visible, and only to the people at the same table on the same network.
9. Your rights
As we do not collect or store any personal data, there are no access, rectification or erasure claims against us. You delete your local data by uninstalling the app or via the Android settings (“Clear storage”).
10. Changes
This policy is updated when the app’s features change. The version published here applies.
